
1. Cut packet and boil chaap until it become soft and dry the chaap
2. Cut chaap into pieces according to bite
3. Take a bowl add 40 gm curd, chaap, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilly powder and salt
4. Keep in cool places for 30-60 minutes
1. Heat oil or ghee in a pan and sauté marinated chaap until golden brown and put in a bowl.
2.Heat oil or ghee in a pan and sauté chopped onion and cashew until golden brown and make a fine paste ( add water during paste for thickness) and put in a bowl.
3. Add oil or ghee and butter in a pan and add khada masala and sauté ginger garlic and green chilli paste and sauté for 2-3 minute.
5. Add onion cashew paste you prepared cook for 3-5 minutes then add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
6. Add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala / chicken masala, red chili powder, white pepper and black pepper . Sauté for 2-3minute.
7. Then add curd and mix well so that no curd lumps remain in gravy and cook for 2-3 mins
8. Add Kasuri Methi make it crushed between you palm
9. Add water according to required thickness and bring to a boil.
10. Add chaap and simmer until the gravy thickens.
11. Then add butter in gravy and mix well the gravy
12. Add 5 tablespoon fresh cream (Amul or any brand) and close the stove
